Customs conducts a training course on trade terminology and customs work at Aden Free Zone Customs

In implementation of the Customs Authority’s training rehabilitation plan and under the patronage of the Head of the Customs Authority, Mr. Abdulhakim Radman Al-Qubati, Aden Free Zone Customs concluded today the training course on trade terminology and customs work.

The course targeted 36 trainees from the customs staff in three stages and lasted for a month, and aimed to familiarize them with the terminology of customs work in English through the training material prepared and presented by trainer Wafaa Al-Isbahi.

In his speech at the end of the course, Abdulhakim Al-Qubati, head of the Customs Authority, stressed the importance of holding such courses that would raise the level and capabilities of employees and facilitate their work tasks.

He also praised the role played by the Aden Free Zone Customs Administration in organizing these courses, which contribute to qualifying the staff working at the customs and providing them with the skills and knowledge that elevate their work.

For his part, the Director General of Aden Free Zone Customs, Mr. Mohsen Qahtan, thanked the head of the Customs Authority for the attention it pays to customs outlets and their employees, especially training and qualification, which is the basis for building the capacities of young people and developing them to serve the work.

At the end, certificates of participation were distributed to the trainees in the presence of Mr. Fadl Allan, Director General of Aden Customs Office, Deputy Director General of the Free Zone Customs, and directors of the Customs Departments.
